Is this a vape?
Our diffusers are not vapes, or electronic cigarettes, as there is no tobacco, nicotine, or added flavor or chemicals in any of our essential oil blends. Corked diffusers are not meant to be smoking cessation devices, rather a way for someone to engage in portable aromatherapy. If you are trying to quit smoking, we suggest seeking the advice of your primary care physician, as they will know what is best for you and your body.
How are you supposed to inhale?
Our oils are meant to be drawn in the mouth and exhaled through the nose. The action of drawing the mist into your mouth is much like drinking through a straw, in that you draw the mist in and hold it in your mouth without inhaling deep into your lungs. Corked products are not meant to be inhaled into your lungs.
How long do the diffusers last?
On average, our diffusers last between 250-300 puffs. This is based on using them as directed; short puffs from the diffuser, and between 3-9 total puffs per day. At around 3 puffs at a time, and no more than 3 times a day, the average diffuser lasts between 3 and 4 weeks.
Why is the light on my diffuser blinking?
This is primarily due to negative pressure in the diffuser. Because the diffuser is activated by drawing through the mouthpiece, if you instead blow into the device (whether by accident or on purpose), it can cause the diffuser to activate in an irregular fashion. For this reason, we recommend that you do your best to avoid blowing any air into the device, as over time that can limit the lifetime of the diffuser.
However, it could be due to overuse as well. Make sure you are doing your best to stay within the usage guidelines, as the diffuser will automatically begin blinking if it's been used to rapidly in succession.

How long does shipping take?
For United States customers, we ship with USPS, and First Class orders arrive at their destinations within in the Continental United States in an average of 2-7 business days. International Customers have the option to select our Low-Rate Shipping Option for $2.99 - in which shipping takes typically between 5-15+ business days. We also offer First Class International Shipping with USPS as an option, from which orders may arrive quicker, but it does cost more depending on which country you are ordering the diffusers to be delivered to.
We ship any order that is placed before 4pm CST Monday-Friday same-day. We do not ship orders on Sundays, so if you order on a Sunday, you can expect that your order will ship on Monday.
